My Layout: Early December 2006

I originally posted these pictures on my old website on February 9, 2008.

I took these two pictures of my HO-scale model railroad on December 10, 2006, after the Longview, Kelso & Rainier Model Railroad Club’s Swap Meet in Rainier, Oregon. These pictures feature the Model Die Casting Ready-to-Run 2-Truck Shay that I bought at the Corvallis Society of Model Engineers Open House on December 3, 2006.

I refer to this locomotive as Weyerhaeuser Timber Company's 2-Truck Shay #3, as Weyerhaeuser did operate a 2-Truck Shay similar to this one with that number, and because I also have a Model Die Casting 0-6-0T lettered as Weyerhaeuser Timber Company #9.
