I originally posted these pictures on my old website on February 9, 2008. I have rescanned them.
These pictures were taken at the model train show at the Lewis County Mall in Chehalis, Washington in January 1997.
This live-steam locomotive was displayed by the Willow Creek Railroad of Brooks, Oregon.
Milwaukee Road E8-powered streamliner (also note the giant fish and the school bus) on the United Northwest Model Railroad Club's N-Scale layout.
The Milwaukee Road streamliner and a DL109-powered Southern freight train on the United Northwest Model Railroad Club's N-Scale layout.
The Milwaukee Road streamliner on the curved trestle on the United Northwest Model Railroad Club's N-Scale layout. (Immediately after taking this picture, the train derailed and several cars fell off the trestle. What a great picture that would have been!)
A pair of trains on the Lewis County Model Railroad Club's HO-Scale layout.
I don't remember the details of this small HO-scale layout, but note that it does feature dual gauge track. I believe the steam train is narrow gauge.
Here is another HO-scale layout featuring dual gauge track. I believe it is associated with the first.
This O27 Lionel layout was a staple of the Lewis County Mall show. Here is a steam locomotive of the Pennsylvania Railroad on the layout's large trestle.
