I originally posted these pictures on my old website on February 9, 2008. I have rescanned them and added some that I hadn’t included before.
These pictures were taken at the model train show at the Lewis County Mall in Chehalis, Washington in January 1998.
Here an O-Gauge two-tone grey Union Pacific 4-6-6-4 Challenger pulls a streamlined passenger train over the trestle on a Lionel layout. I think this is the Pierce County Lionel Club, but I am not certain.
The Lionel layout featured a large number of Lionel's operating accessories, many of them in operation. Here is the unloading side of the log loader/unloader.
Another operating accessory on the Lionel layout was the barrel loader shown here.
The Union Pacific Challenger passes another train on the Lionel layout.

I'm not sure whose HO-scale layout this was, but it featured a Chehalis Western Fairbanks-Morse H10-44 and Alco Century-415 and a Weyerhaeuser caboose.
Another Chehalis Western H10-44 on the same HO-scale layout.
I think this model of Burlington Northern GP38 #2075 "Pacific Pride" was on the same HO-scale layout.
An Amtrak F40PH with Superliner cars on what I believe is the same HO-scale layout as above.
