I originally posted these pictures on my old website on February 9, 2008.
The Polk Station Rail Model Railroad Club of Polk County, Oregon maintained an HO Scale layout on the second floor of a building in Dallas, Oregon for many years. On December 10 & 11, 2005, the club held the last open house in this location, being forced to move to a new location. I visited on the 11th, to see the layout on its last day of public display before being dismantled to be moved to the second floor of the Grange Building in Rickreall. For more information, visit the club's website, but first, let's look at the layout during the open house.
